A major renovation of the former International Conference Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, located near the Arc de Triomphe, to create a luxury hotel. The project involves renovating the “damaged” sections of the existing structure, which comprises six above-ground floors and three basement levels.

Creation of 200 guest rooms, including 34 suites, restaurants, public spaces with shops, and a wellness area featuring a swimming pool and spa.
