PLENDI is the luxury brand of VINCI Construction. We are a general contractor, handling everything from structural work through to the finishing touches of architectural elements. Our focus is primarily on high-end hotel projects, luxury retail spaces, and private residential developments. We also take on projects considered “special” due to their purpose, complexity, or scale.

Our processes are unique and reflect our priorities, including factory visits, sample approvals, and validation meetings. For example, marble selection is always carried out on-site in the presence of the interior architect.
