A major renovation of Maison Albar Hotels in a dense urban setting, including the restoration of the Haussmann-style façade dating from 1880.

This project, comprising two buildings connected by an interior courtyard, involved the conversion of a former office building into a 5-star hotel with 51 rooms spread over five floors and one basement level. Featuring a 300-square-meter relaxation area with a spa, the hotel offers a swimming pool and a bar.
