PLENDI

Les Rencards Du Beau

Les Rencards du Beau is a series of conversations dedicated to better building, conceived in collaboration with Hélène Aguilar, host of the podcast *Où est le Beau?*
Designed for our ecosystem, these sessions explore, from various perspectives, issues related to resources, living organisms, low-tech solutions, and more broadly, all approaches that reconcile construction with respect for the planet and the preservation of biodiversity.

Each episode is enriched by the insights of Pierre Gilbert, founder of Sator, futurist, and specialist in Landscape-inspired design, who offers a complementary and forward-looking perspective on the topics discussed.

Les Rencards du Beau are organised as residencies, each consisting of four episodes. Since their inception, they have been hosted by RDAI, Franklin Azzi, Studio Chloé Nègre, and the Tristan Auer agency.

PLENDI Academy

PLENDI Academy, working hand in hand with craftsmanship.

To deepen our understanding of our partner artisans’ expertise, we created the PLENDI Academy. Structured as immersive days and hands-on workshops, it takes place within the workshops of those with whom we have built long-standing collaborations across our projects.

Its purpose is twofold: to train all our teams in the specificities and challenges of our partners’ crafts, while fostering clearer communication and a more tangible understanding of on-site realities, particularly the challenges encountered on our construction sites.

To date, several sessions have already been held with the teams at GOHARD, SOFRASTYL, HENRI, GALERIE B, and ULSTER.

EHL

A partnership with the École Hôtelière de Lausanne — the embodiment of our client promise.

Since its creation, PLENDI has benefited from the guidance of the École Hôtelière de Lausanne, the world’s leading institution in hospitality education. Each member of our team — engineers, architects, communications specialists, sales professionals, assistants, and managers — undergoes a bespoke training program within this prestigious school.

This program addresses the core pillars of our client promise: satisfaction, service excellence, a deep understanding of hospitality challenges, luxury standards, and the specific expectations of an international clientele. It is further reinforced through dedicated sessions for top management, “mystery guest” audits, and ongoing exchanges over the years, ensuring that the PLENDI DNA remains alive and fully embodied by every member of the team.

Biennale Bâtir Vivant

The Bâtir Vivant Biennale, our commitment to building in a more desirable way.
PLENDI has been engaged with the Association pour un Design Soutenable since the inception of the Bâtir Vivant Biennale.

Frugal, Amour Vivant, and Bâtir Vivant are exhibitions conceived in the heart of Paris, created to spotlight emerging designers and artists, along with their innovative, environmentally responsible materials.

The biennale focuses on material innovations free from plastic and heavy synthetic chemicals. Its ambition is to raise awareness among industrial leaders, engineers, and decision-makers about the challenges of construction and its impact on planetary resources, biodiversity, and the plastic pollution present in our interiors.
