The 5-star hotel, located in the heart of London, features 168 guest rooms, 22 suites, 2 presidential suites, 2 restaurants, and a spa.

The project was carried out while the hotel remained open, in two 9-month phases. Construction of a rooftop extension (9th floor) to accommodate two 165-square-meter penthouse suites.
