The PLENDI team is honored to announce its involvement in the revitalization of the Carlton Cannes, a jewel of the global hospitality industry located on the famous Boulevard de la Croisette. Opened in 1912 and partially listed as a historic monument, the hotel had not undergone any major renovations since 2007 and urgently needed to be transformed to maintain its status as an icon of the French Riviera’s hospitality industry.

PLENDI is very proud to have participated in this massive project: the rebirth of the Carlton Cannes, a jewel of the global hospitality industry.

In detail, this represents 45,000 m² of renovation or new construction, including: 332 rooms and suites - 37 “Branded Suites” - 1 conference room of 800 m² - 1 exceptional garden with Mediterranean scents, bordered by a peristyle.

We were thus able to demonstrate once again our know-how and expertise in luxury hotel projects.
