The teams at PLENDI by VINCI Construction have completed a major renovation of a private mansion in Paris, in the heart of the 16th arrondissement.
The house, built in 1887, features decorative elements inspired by the Neo-Renaissance style.
Restructuring
The renovation included the creation of three basement levels extending 15 meters below ground to house the largest private swimming pool in Paris, as well as a movie theater, a nightclub, and a winter garden.
All of the work—including the restoration of the authentic decor, the original ornamentation, and the decorative painting of the house—was custom-made using traditional techniques, resulting in exceptional finishes.
Thanks to our artisans and their specialized expertise, all the original motifs and decor have been recreated while preserving the authenticity of the project.
