This renovation of an office building has given rise to the first Bvlgari hotel in Paris. Featuring 76 rooms, including 12 suites, as well as a restaurant, a lounge, a bar, and a spacious 4,000-square-meter spa, the 5-star hotel spans four basement levels and nine above-ground levels.

A 400-square-meter duplex suite with its own panoramic garden occupies the top two floors.
