The project involved the renovation of three 18th-century buildings whose facades are designated as historic monuments. As the historic headquarters of L’Oréal, it now houses spaces dedicated to learning, conferences, and exhibitions.

Spread across 7 floors and 21 spaces within a complex that blends heritage with contemporary design, it impresses with its unique glass roof. Inaugurated in September 2023, this project renovated over 4 200 m².
