The first Fauchon hotel—a 5-star establishment born from a partnership between the luxury delicatessen Fauchon and the Esprit de France hotel group—was created through the renovation of a Haussmann-style office building.

The hotel features 54 rooms, including 22 suites, and is distinguished by the presence of Café Fauchon, a 150-seat restaurant that is an integral part of the overall experience.
